Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management Architect

Ready to join a team that works closely together? Are you looking for a place where you can build your career and shape the blueprint for your future? And do you have experience as a Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management Consultant? Then let’s meet!

What you’ll do

We’re not your typical IT consulting firm. We work as a team on every project, so you’ll always have colleagues to lean on—people to collaborate with, brainstorm ideas with, and learn from.

We’re architects of digital transformation, building solutions that truly make an impact. In this role, you’ll help deliver a full greenfield implementation of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management. You’ll also become a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through design, customization, optimization, and long-term support.

What your day-to-day looks like

  • You work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, lay the foundation for smart strategies, and turn plans into tangible results.
  • Together with your colleagues at Thryve, you help shape, configure, test, and continuously strengthen business processes.
  • You lead workshops, map out processes, and align them with the standard capabilities of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management (F/SCM).
  • You also support data migrations, build financial reports (using Management Reporter), and help users adopt new tools like Microsoft Invoice Capture—making sure everything is built to last and ready to grow with them.

Must-haves and nice-to-haves

A must-have for our new consultant is experience with these processes:

  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Cash and Bank Management
  • Fixed Assets

Experience with these processes is a nice-to-have:

  • Budgeting
  • Time & Attendance
  • Project Accounting

Does this sound like you?

  • You enjoy bringing structure to things — from policies and competency frameworks to bonus plans.
  • You believe in sharing knowledge and continuously learning together.
  • You care about fairness, clarity, and long-term growth for the team.
  • You’re motivated by helping build a strong company culture.

What we offer

  • A competitive salary, complemented by benefits such as a company car, phone, laptop, and comprehensive health insurance.
  • Plenty of time off: 20 statutory vacation days plus 12 additional days off (ADV) to compensate for our 40-hour work week — all flexible and scheduled when it suits you.
  • Opportunities to grow, with strong support from your colleagues.
  • A culture built on collaboration, where sharing knowledge and learning from each other are part of the foundation.
  • A wide variety of projects and clients across different industries, so you can keep expanding your experience.
  • With a healthy mix of working on-site, from home, and in our office in Berchem, Antwerp, we ensure that we stay connected as a team.
